The Bay Area Senior Softball Association (BASSA) is a non-profit senior (50+) softball organization. BASSA offers a daytime senior softball league in the Clear Lake / Pasadena area, and is always looking for new players to come enjoy some fun and competitive slow-pitch softball with us. Our league has men and women participating, with several teams divided into two divisions, based on skill levels; an East division (for older players) and a West division (for younger players). We play on the senior softball fields at Kipper Mease Sports Complex in Pasadena, TX.
The BASSA Spring 2026 season games will start on March 3rd, 2026 and play through June 3rd, 2026. If you are interested in joining and registering for the 2026 season, please download the 2026 Registration Form, print and send it in (directions are on the form). If you have any questions about our league, please contact us.

At this year's luncheon, we proudly announced the winners of the West Division. Team 3, managed by Terry Frederick, claimed victory in the Fall season with an impressive record of 12 wins and 7 losses. Having also secured the Spring season title, Terry's team has been crowned the 2025 West Division Champions.

We proudly announce the winners of the East Division is Team 1 managed by Tim Fuller. Team 1 claimed victory for the Fall season with 14 wins and 6 losses (.700). Team 1 also secured the Spring season title and overall had 28 wins, 10 losses and 1 tie for the year.
